Tanner and his wife, Ashley, live in Devils Lake. He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys hunting. Tanner has coached the North Star elementary football program since 2017 and has helped out with Junior High/Varsity football since 2020.

Matt grew up on a family farm near the Cando area and is based out of our Cando office. He graduated from the University of Jamestown in 2016 with a degree in business management. He has been a licensed agent since 2017, and started working at ProNorth in January, 2021 after previously working as a loan officer for over 4 years. Matt handles all lines of property & casualty insurance and is our primary farm and crop insurance agent. Matt's hobbies include playing and watching sports. He currently resides in Cando with his wife, Michelle, and two children.

She primarily specializes in personal lines of insurance. In addition to selling insurance, Mindy also works with BCBS of ND. Mindy and her husband live in her hometown of Devils Lak

She worked with Pifer's Auction & Realty before her and Tom decided to start up Nikolaisen Land Company in Cando. Amy manages Nikolaisen Land Company and helps with the law business, as well
